POLK STABLES

Restoring a community anchor by investing in a place that benefits all.

Creating Communities of Wealth

POLK Stables is a three story, 21,000 square foot brick industrial building, circa 1888. Once the mule stables for the Polk Sanitary Milk Company complex, this building is now in serious disrepair.

Our vision is to bring the building back to life through a cross-pollination of arts and industry anchored by a sense of place.

The Polk building is located in Indianapolis at 16th Street & the Monon Trail, which is the first Lift Indy neighborhood as well as an Opportunity Zone and Federal Promise Zone. Once restored, POLK Stables will house all of our POLK Group initiatives as well as restaurants and event space.

By revitalizing a building in this area POLK Stables will provide a much needed boost to the economy and workforce of Indianapolis. We believe POLK Stables can act as an entrepreneurial catalyst that improves standards of living and creates communities of wealth for all residents of Indianapolis. POLK Stables will host next generation, emerging and mature redemptive entrepreneurs, artists and investors, and act as a catalyst for middle-skill jobs creation in Indiana.

POLK Stables is currently offering leasing opportunities on commercial space. If you are an interested investor or prospective tenant in POLK Stables, please contact  info@polkgroup.org
